Cancellation Policy
All appointments MUST be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% late cancellation fee.
This includes if you are booked for multiple services and decide you don’t need one of them. You must cancel that service in advance.
Late Policy
We will try our best to accommodate late appointments if our schedule permits. But if you are more than 5 minutes late, it may result in having to cancel some or all of your services and you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
We keep our schedule running on time, so you can trust that your appointment will start and finish when expected.
No Shows
If you schedule an appointment and do not show up, you will be charged 50% of the appointment total.
Children
Children may come along as long as they are able to sit quietly in the hallway by themselves during your appointment. Infants & toddlers in strollers are welcome in the treatment room for services under 30 minutes.
Pets
Do not bring any pets to the salon. Service animals are welcome.
